How do I know which session to choose?
If you’ve found that massage, foam rolling, or stretching only provide temporary relief, an NKT session may be the best option for addressing the core issue.

If you’re simply looking to relax, relieve general stress, or recover after a sporting event, then choose a massage session.

HSA AND FSA cards are accepted.

NeuroKinetic Therapy ®- therapeutic treatment based modality - $125/60 min

Each session includes a comprehensive intake to understand your history, symptoms, and goals. This allows us to get to the root of the issue—not just treat where you feel pain.
Your session includes:
  • Full body assessment (not just the area of pain)
  • Movement analysis
  • Manual muscle testing (NKT®) to identify dysfunctional patterns
  • Specific and targeted massage
  • Clear explanation of what’s happening in your body
  • Simple corrective exercises to help lock in results
What to expect:
  • Many clients notice improvement after the first session
  • Most issues are resolved within 3–5 sessions
  • New or acute pain typically improves quickly
  • Chronic or repetitive stress conditions require consistency to maintain results

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, as all sessions are done fully clothed to ensure your comfort and facilitate movement during the assessment and exercises.

Please text, email or call for your first appointment if using insurance and ensure all of the following are in order prior to:
  1. A prescription for massage therapy from your doctor with ICD codes.
  2. Please email or text me a copy of your prescription, the front and back of your insurance card, and your date of birth. I will make a copy of your driver’s license at the time of service. This information allows me to verify your eligibility and benefits, including your co-pay, deductible, number of covered sessions, and whether your insurance requires preauthorization from your doctor.
  3. I’ll give you a call to securely add a credit card to my scheduling system. This card will be kept on file to cover any co-pays, charges if your deductible has not been met (based on my contracted rate), and any applicable cancellation fees, since missed appointments cannot be billed to insurance.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing for you first visit, as all sessions are done fully clothed to ensure your comfort and facilitate movement during the assessment and exercises.

note: for “out of network” massage reimbursement, I will give you an invoice/Superbill for you to file for partial reimbursement.
