How do I know which session to choose?
If you’ve found that massage, foam rolling, or stretching only provide temporary relief, an NKT session may be the best option for addressing the core issue.
If you’re simply looking to relax, relieve general stress, or recover after a sporting event, then choose a massage session.
NeuroKinetic Therapy - therapeutic treatment based modality - $125/60 min
Each session consists of a comprehensive history intake to understand your specific circumstances and concerns. This is followed by neuromuscular integration of manual muscle testing, allowing me to pinpoint the areas of your body that require focused attention. Once we have identified the key muscle groups, targeted massage techniques are used to relieve tension. Corrective exercises are then assigned to enhance your rehabilitation process and support your overall performance. Follow-up sessions after your initial visit are crucial for tracking your progress and ensuring that the treatment plan remains effective. Each session builds upon the last, fostering a more comprehensive understanding of your body and its specific requirements for optimal function. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing, as all sessions are done fully clothed to ensure your comfort and facilitate movement during the assessment and exercises.
